Rachel Olsen

Rachel, CPA CMA, MBA founder and partner of Empowered Advisory & Accounting, has been in and around small business owners and entrepreneurs her entire life. She spent nearly a decade working in one of the most progressive and innovative Fortune 500 companies in the US where she held various roles across the accounting department, and managed acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and projects to deploy automated solutions to reduce manual work. She then decided to return to her roots and serve entrepreneurs and small business owners where she is passionate about providing small business owners a true financial partner in their business. Rachel is known amongst her clients for bringing her depth of expertise and innovative mindset to grow their businesses and provide enhanced cutting edge solutions for their problems. In her free time, Rachel enjoys being outside preferably camping, hiking, or kayaking but often settles for even mowing the lawn or household maintenance tasks. She loves being on the go and spending time with her husband and daughter. She’s often known to leave her phone and be completely disconnected from technology when with her family.

Stacey Naizer

Stacey is a CPA and has a degree in Accounting and Masters in Organizational Development. Stacey has over a decade of experience working in a top tier fortune 500 company and a progressive, innovative venture backed start-up. She brings her experience and expertise for establishing processes that set businesses up for growth and scale to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Stacey was a lead designer and implementer of tech that automated time consuming processes during her Fortune 500 career and she loves being in the forefront of up and coming tech solutions that can be leveraged to give business owners back their most important resource: time! In her free time Stacey enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters.

Lisa Moody

Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining Empowered, Lisa was in the accounting field for over 12 years providing accounting and implementing automated tech solutions for accounting processes for both small businesses and fortune 500 companies. Lisa is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and provides quality interactions with clients ensuring their accounting and processes set their business up for success and growth. She is passionate about bringing her expertise and experience in passive investments to ensure clients are strategically implementing advantageous tax and wealth vehicles. In her free time, Lisa enjoys reading, golfing, swimming and spending time with her husband and 2 boys.
